How We Process the Order

After you submit your order you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation with order number and order details.

If there are any issues about your order that need to be resolved we will contact you, otherwise we will begin working on your order.

You may contact us with questions about your order by phone, email, fax of Skype.

We classify all order into 3 categories:

1. All parts in stock – All parts that are in stock in Florida warehouse we will ship on the Same Business Day if received by 1 pm EST or the Next Business Day if received after 1 pm EST. Or once we receive them from the manufacturer warehouse in TX, if they are not available in our local FL warehouse

2. Special Order and Back Order– Parts on the order from the manufacturer. Sometimes the part you ordered is on the backorder from the Manufacturer. You will be charged for the Back Ordered part on the same basis as the available parts. We will ship your part as soon as it becomes available from the Manufacturer.

You will have the chance of cancel your Back Ordered part(s) anytime.

Signature confirmation is required on all packages over $100

Once your order has been shipped you will receive e-mail notification with order status and tracking information.
